– A Harlan County man is accused of taking items from the Harlan County High School baseball locker room.
A complaint warrant says Donald Wynn, of Putney, took various items on May 14 that totaled $2,560 in value.
When police found Wynn on May 20, he was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others – more than $1,000 but less than $10,000.
He was taken to the Harlan County Detention Center.
